J. Douglas Miller

J. Douglas Miller is a mechanical engineer and registered patent attorney licensed in the State of Ohio and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Miller represents clients in a variety of patent-related matters, including prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications and transactional matters, in a number of technical fields.

Mr. Miller has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is the former President of the Toledo Patent Law Association. Mr. Miller is also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio.
